德雷塞尔大学一项新研究发现,无论是艺术家梵高,还是简笔画者,艺术创作都可以显著减少他们体内与压力相关的激素水平。

创造性艺术疗法助理教授古里贾·卡曼:“这并不奇怪,因为这就是艺术疗法的核心理念:每个人都是充满创造力的,当在支持性的环境中,都可以在视觉艺术中表达自己。即便如此,我确实认为也许那些有过创作经验的收效会更好。”

这项研究结果发表在《艺术疗法》杂志上,标题为“艺术创作后参与者皮质醇水平的减少与反馈。”“生物标记(指标)”是生物学指标(如激素),可以用来测量身体的状况,如压力。皮质醇就是一种这样的激素。皮质醇水平越高,承受的压力也就越大。

“It was surprising, and it also wasn’t,” Kaimalexplained to Drexel Now. “It wasn’t surprising because that’s the core idea in art therapy: Everyone is creative and can be expressive in the visual arts when working in a supportive setting. That said, I did expect that perhaps the effects would be stronger for those with prior experience.”
