Do u have a female mentor or leader u respect ?

I met many amazing women in my life but if i had to narrow it down there were 3 key women mentors.

1 my mum because she taught me how to draw,how to look at things around me and how growing up kind was far better than growing up smart.

2.my literture teacher from middle-school,A who was a strong and brilliant women as well as a free spirit.a friend and i usd to drop by her house on evenings or weekends to have endless conversations about book , love and life.

3 Linda one of three founders of JIATUO co,ltd where i worked in my 25s she is an incredible women as well as great sale manager, always full of energy and idea but also just a great person to be around she wore her heart on her sleeve but wouldn't take any bullshit from anybdoy

I would't be the same if  i had't met every single one of them

what qualities make a good mentor of leader?

Fairness,intelligence ,empathy and good balance of authority and laxity.

mentors come in all different forms, are not always people who we expect .what is your experience with this ?
