MSYS2安装

下载地址：

https://www.msys2.org/

选择应用程序 64位的

mingw64.exe

更换国内下载源： /etc/pacman.d

修改mirrorlist.msys（）

Server = https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/msys2/msys/$arch

修改mirrorlist.mingw32（）

Server = https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/msys2/mingw/i686

修改mirrorlist.mingw64（）

Server = https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/msys2/mingw/x86_64

应用更新

pacman -Syu

安装mingw所需的基本环境

pacman -Sy mingw-w64-x86_64-toolchain

安装第三方插件： make 之类的工具

 pacman -Sy base-devel
