This is mum’s birthday,
So magic is what I’ll prepare.
I’ll whip up an exciting plan,
Inside a secret lair.
But I don’t have any of those,
So it’s back to the drawing board.
One of the presents are going to be this,
So I don’t want her to be bored.
My mum’s had a tiring year,
Of repeatedly going to London.
And also her boss shouting at her,
Every time something random.
She wakes up so incredibly early,
Just to catch a train.
I wonder what it’s like to be her,
Must be such a pain.
My mum is very committed,
To everything she works on.
Even though she’s always turned down,
Nothing makes her feel wrong.
I wish all the best for my mum,
And for her to work well.
But on this special occasion,
We’ll ring a birthday bell.
When the outbreak started,
My dad’s illness began to rise.
But within two weeks she cured him,
And that’s quite a surprise.
She fed him all sorts of medicine,
All to help him get better.
She cured him quickly, and my mouth dropped open,
Not saying a single letter.
My mum has had mostly achievements,
Because of her determination.
If there was another business she worked for,
It would be laziness extermination.
I officially say “Happy birthday mum!”
And I’m sorry for all the mistakes I’ve made.
I am confident I will not do it anymore,
And all the wrongs will slowly fade.
