Flutter实现字符串显示不全时中间显示...

Flutter中当字符串过长显示不下时会默认的帮我们截断,截断的类型有

enum TextOverflow {
  clip,
  fade,
  ellipsis,
  visible,
}

类型中的ellipsis省略是尾部省略,没有中间省略的方式,于是自己实现了一个,其中计算要省略字符的开始位置和结束位置的算法不太好,欢迎大家提供新的算法思路
