pip intall pywin32出现 error: subprocess-exited-with-error 错误的解决办法

问题描述：

安装pywin32时候报错：

pip install pypiwin32 -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.douban.com

有朋友说更新一下setuptools就可以了。
