The steps of updating the ISO for the switch
1． Formatting U disk to be FAT format
2． Copy IOS (.bin format files) into formatted U disk
3． Test the switch can read the .bin file or not in formatted U disk

format flash:

5． Copy .bin file of U disk to flash of switch
copy usbflash:the name of IOS flash:

copy usbflash1:c2960x-universalk9-mz.152-4.E8.bin flash:

update the IOS

6． Power off and restart
