Introducing myself and my nationality

I'm a Bai girl, my hometown is in Heqing county Dali prefecture. There are 80% people who speak minority language---Bai and Yi language. Bai nationality accounts for most of the population. Ever since I was born, I have been speaking the Bai language, and all of my family members are Bai people too. In my hometown, whether at home or in the village, we communicate with others in Bai language.

  Now I am a college student and study English at Gunman Mindy University. There are five roommates besides me in my dormitory. I can get on well with my roomates and we also become good friends quickly. Unfortunately, among us, all people are Han people except me. So my roommates are interested in Nai language. When I call my family, they always pay attention to my language, and sometimes they guess what I am talking about . Besides, they often asked me the time when I began to learn and speak Bai  language or mandarin.

  In short, some of my roommates are curious about our language.
