ubuntu 安装 pip3 报错 python3-pip : 依赖: python-pip-whl (= 8.1.1-2ubuntu0.4) 但是 9.0.1-2.3~ubuntu1.(已解决)

当我在ubuntu 16.04 安装pip3的时候发生以下错误:

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done

requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 python3-pip : Depends: python-pip-whl (= 8.1.1-2) but 8.1.1-2ubuntu0.4 is to be installed
               Recommends: python3-dev (>= 3.2) but it is not going to be installed
               Recommends: python3-wheel but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

解决方法一:

sudo apt-get install python3-setuptools
sudo easy_install3 pip

解决方法二:
（我用第二种可行）

sudo apt-get remove python-pip-whl
sudo apt install python3-pip

解决方法三:(本人是这个方法解决的)

sudo apt-get remove python-pip-whl
sudo apt -f install
sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade
sudo apt install python3-pip
