1.分数词：由基数词和序数词构成，基数词代表分子，序数词代表分母。除了分子为1的情况外，序数词都要用复数形式。1/4 one-forth; 2/3 two thrids

2.小数的读法和用法

它的总产值三年增长了3.6倍。
3.百分数的用法

常和percent 和by 连用, 做状语: The price was reduced by 20 percent.

It's total output value increased by 11.5 precent over the previous year.
