HAL_Delay函数使用了中断机制来实现延时功能,当在中断函数中调用HAL_Delay函数需要考虑中断优先级问题。这样无疑让开发难度增加,我们可以通过分析HAL_Delay的源代码写出一个自己的软件定时器,来解决这个问题。

 将fputc重写,此时printf随着改变
