在VSCode的终端里无法使用anaconda或python的环境，激活conda虚拟环境遇到的问题处理方法

遇到的问题提示大概描述下：

解决办法：

1. 在VSCode terminal powershell 中执行conda init后重启vscode    conda init

 2.  windwos开始处右击 点windows PowerShell(管理员)，以管理员权限打开,输入命令

set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned

 然后Y,之后回车确定执行命令

3. 重启下vscode，就可以了
