Chinese Poet

Dufu is one of China's greatest poets.

He was born in Tang dynasty. His writing showed deep concern for ordinary people. So he is respected by most of the Chinese. And he was called the Saint of poem.

We have another great poet in China called Li Bai. He is fond of drinking. He wrote most of his poems after drinking.

One of his writing is like this:

"Invite the moon to drink with me.

And watch my shadow dancing.

There are three of us. "

And another poem like this:

"My white hair is three thousands miles long.

Because my sorrow is endless. "

He did not achieve his goal to be a government official. The emperor sent him to a solitary land, and do not give him important official post.

Every time he drink wine, he became brave, and do not afraid of anything. He wrote a lot of extraordinary poems. He was called the God of poem.
