发货流程:

目标:90%的产品发海运,10%的产品走快递,周销10只以上的产品0断货/180天

一.创建.根据销售目标(增长,持平,下降),发货时间(正常情况海运45天,快递7天上架)和月份(参照google trends),参考近三十天月销和季销(推断上升,持平,下降趋势),制定发货产品和发货数量计划.

1.海运,在平台提前一个月完成创建货件(创建前一周发货计划发到预备发货群)

原则:

a.实用易操作(尽量以箱为单位----三个代表产品,6001布袋包装,450/箱;6601纸盒包装,160/箱,8023拉链盒包装,140/箱)

b.发货频率,每月一次,特殊情况,以2周为单位

c.创建时宁多勿少(变动数量10%总数以内为健康)


2. 快递,在平台提前三天创建货件(创建完成后,在创建当天预约取件时间,把相关发货内容发到发货群,纸质内容整理给孙册

a.发货先后两个纬度:

1)盈利高低:盈利高的最优先,往后可以参照,高盈利--爆款--热卖款--基本款--新品

2)不发生断货---源自销售时间的判断:如一款产品已断货,月销300,日销10幅,在发走到上架需要10天的情况下,那么最少需发送2天的销量,即20幅,之后依据情况,从每天发10幅,到一天发1个月的量之间.

b.制定一周每天的发货内容和人员安排

c.每天下午4点半前需要把第二天要安排发货的内容和人员安排给到邵孙册,跟紧孙册在下班前把第二需要的产品和辅料以及人员座位安排,以照片的形式发到qq发货群里

二.安排.根据库存和仓库人手,和标准包货时效,分配对应人员产品型号和数量/天(周)

补充:

1.到货时间分为两类,生产做货标准时间45天,现货采购一周

2.人员分配及补充零时工,需提前一天向盈盈申请.

3.特殊情况,直接找林总.

产品打包时间标准:单子布袋包装一天1000幅,拉链盒/纸盒包装一天5箱.

.执行.揽收/送仓注意事项:

1.快递,对应公司对应箱数,根据货物紧急重要情况排序货物1234/abcd,并严格按照这个顺序进行扫描收走.

2.海运,送发到指定城市接收,相关人员的名字,手机号码,微信这三项内容全部保存在手机里.需要时直接联系,注意海运截单时间为某天的中午前,故正常情况提前两天送达.

3.海外仓(待续)

四,反馈.总结和建议

1.从开始创建-安排-执行过程中有用的数据,进行反馈,归档(产品型号,数量,箱数,重量,费用明细,各环节执行时间,各环节对应负责人签字)

2.根据一轮内容走完(货件上架后10天内提交),发现漏洞,风险,提出建议及整改方案

工作流程:

一.上新(原则完成重于完美,避免常见情况--因陶醉在不断学习发现,分析中而导致超时未交货)

1.找到竞争对手,(记录卖点,asin品牌分析搜索,标题,五点,a+,价格,类目排名,相关前三的产品页面(卖点,asin品牌分析,标题,五点,价格,类目排名),那么这时分两类:a.普通产品做到这一步资料整理,暂时就先开始准备上新;b.重推产品,把这个循环再往下进一轮(三个相关产品页面中每一个产品再相关的三个进行记录和总结归纳,那么这时有10款产品对比了

2.类目排名从best sellers,new releases,most wished,most gifted这四个排名中,还有眼镜有computer blue light blocking glasses,reading glasses,clothing,shoes&jewelry(men’s sunglasses,women’s sunglasses;men’s eyewear frames,women’s eyewear frames))

从这些类目每周上新前要做好准备(每月重新搜索记录一下,一年有12次更新完善的机会,第二年你就是步入高手行列)

3.在主流类目中上传,前提需要了解产品分类和产品型号,注意加州65法案---针对塑料产品需填写上相关信息.

4.进阶---uspto查询竞争对手品牌的注册资料(了解对方公司信息和注册时间判断公司实力,还有产品外观设计和图形专利),避免进入对方的知识产权保护区.

5.每周把本周上传的所有模板进行有序归档到一个表格里.每月检查整理一次发送给上级(一年12次).

a.根据类目,男女,材质,框型,来进行汇总表,大分类,中分类,小分类.

二.发货,管理定价,管理库存,制定发货

三.广告,目标不同(发现新词,了解类目,增加盈利--acos表现)

四.优惠卷--根据目标的需求,制定不同的优惠策略

五.秒杀--提高效率,加速周转,根据目标,大促和网红配合

1.根据不同目的来划分:

a.爆款冲量,提前半个月报名,设定好数量和价格(近30天销量的85折),报名后:注意不得变更活动asin的价格和增减asin.

b.新品测试

c.积压货,清库存,超低价亏损情况下,拉动销量.

六.品牌分析,了解行情,热搜/飙升--产品和关键词

1.每日,每周,每月,每季度,结合google trends,来了解行业一年四季销量

2.这些数据,对比,分析,推导出:销售计划,营销手段,备货发货.越厉害的人看的越远,培养业务的长期视角.

七.业务报告---加深店铺热销产品经营数据,浏览量,转化率,销量,销售额(根据asin,点击-详情页面上的销售量和访问量,移除商品名称,sku升序排列)

1.分析对比,店铺热卖前十型号的核心数据(浏览量,订单数,转化率,B2B数据/月)

2.通过这些数据的熟悉,日出1单,10单,100单,500单,1000单的数据表现,推断发掘下一个爆款,延长明星产品的生命周期(多卖点时间)

3.熟悉掌握这些热卖前十产品的数据,对于店铺运营和业绩达成是必须具备的数据依据.

八.邮件和订单留言处理(产品不喜欢/有瑕疵,有抱怨----要单号直接退款,没收到,要早点到/改时间,其他需求,联系售后客服,咨询疑问--查google,复制黏贴,看结果复制回来,适当修改)

1.一次又一次回答和解决客户碰到的问题,是熟悉产品,流程,规则的最佳路径.

2.所有问题的答案在google,amazon规则和论坛中心都能找到对应的答案,碰到不会的要高兴,你又可以学到你原先不会的新知识,掌握新技能的机会,在时间允许的条件下尽量自己找答案

3.别忘记,还有个好帮手,case(下面会说到)

海运一个月的量估算方法:

w f h美国月销日均销售6001 1000单,其他所有眼镜300单,约2箱/天,一个月近2*30=60箱

加拿大15天日均100单(因为呈上升趋势),推算月销数量3000幅,约20箱(儿童160/箱,太阳镜140/箱;综合为150一箱).

海运6月需发送美国60箱+加拿大20箱=80箱(不包含6001).

加拿大要周五发,要么612/619选一天作为发往深圳的日期.

美国也是周五发,626/703选一天作为发往上海的日期.

提前/延后的选择标准:在不断货的情况下,哪样节省的成本多(大头是运费,其他是人工费)------爆款迟一周有断货风险而导致要增加快递箱数,增加了运费成本(美国1箱1500,加拿大要2000;增加一个打包人员100/天,完成4箱儿童镜)

那么现在推算下:

6月有26个工作日,3个阿姨,每天可以包出12箱任务(考量到简易包装一天两箱/人),暂定现有3人员一天完成8箱.26*8=208箱

那么208箱-80箱=128箱,每天还能包128/26=5箱,这5箱可以是快递,也可以是爆品的提前一个月备货,比如8023提前包好20箱放那备用,采用掉4天时间.

有个数字挺可怕:就是128箱全部发美国快递需要128*1500=19w元快递费.

加拿大下一轮海运到货时间为,7月5日,即7月前所有加拿大的货都要快递,如上图加拿大一个月需要20箱即3000幅左右的量(考虑到DOTD),

美国下一轮海运到货暂定7月1日,即一个月同样需要50箱减去现有亚马逊库存箱数(最多不超40箱)

那么6月需要的快递的最大箱数值为50+20=70箱,即10w运费

同理需要70/8=9天的工作量;

每周需要多少快递70/4=17箱,每天17/6=3箱.

概述:

海运80箱,快递70箱,6月总箱数150箱.3人日均8箱,20个工作日就能完成,即每周只工作5天,还有1天是灵活调配的.

其中加拿大20箱需要3个工作日完成,第一周的周四周五周六(第二周的周234),3天搞定;那么周一周二周三的货就要计划做得好,避免出现发现遗漏而匆忙加单发货(5月30日计划到位,那么就暂定6月的周126都发快递,345都包海运).

美国海运50箱同样分两周完成,第2周(345),第3周的(345)---还能提前一周完成海运包货,放在那里.

其他时间周一周二,周六安排快递发货(爆款避免断货风险,上升款不断货;新品-保证每周都有1批新产品发走)

Why Do Glasses Have a Prop 65 Warning in California?

You will see the following notice in regards to all glasses and lenses:

Glasses and sunglasses may display the Prop 65 warning because of the Bisphenol-A (BpA) found in polycarbonate lenses. Bisphenol-A (BpA) is a starting material in the manufacture of polycarbonate, so there are trace amounts of BpA found in those lenses. Common consumer goods, such as water bottles and the coatings on the inside of many food and beverages are made with BpA. According to www.bisphenol-a.org, studies have consistently shown that the potential migration of BpA into food is extremely low, generally less than 5 parts per billion. Also consider that you will not be biting, drinking from, or otherwise ingesting your glasses lenses. In May, 2015, the state of California relisted (BpA) on the Prop 65 chemicals list.

What is California Prop 65?

f.[endif]California Proposition 65, also known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, was created to protect California’s drinking water from contamination. California publishes a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm, which is updated once a year. There are around 800 different chemicals currently, you can see a complete list on OEHHA, California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment . Proposition 65 requires businesses to notify Californians about significant amounts of chemicals in the products they purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment. By providing this information, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about protecting themselves from exposure to these chemicals.

Can sunglasses cause cancer?

g.[endif]The BpA found in polycarbonate lenses is in trace amounts. The use of polycarbonate for food contact applications continues to be recognized as safe by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other regulatory authorities worldwide.

h.[endif]And you won’t be eating your sunglasses.

Recently, a chemical known as bisphenol A, BpA, was added to this list. BpA as many of you know, is found almost everywhere – food containers, compact discs and DVDs, bicycle helmets and electronic equipment. At your optometrist’s office, it’s found in trace amounts in some plastic eyeglass frames and in polycarbonate, a very common lens used in eyeglasses. With only trace amounts of BpA detected in a polycarbonate lens and plastic eye wear frame, how much exposure are you really getting? The studies have shown that most exposure to BpA is largely ingested and that any exposure through skin contact is negligible.

i.[endif]In fact, most glasses reduce your exposure to UV radiation around your eyes which can reduce the risk of cancer or growths on the eyes.

What does this mean for us spectacle lovers?

j.[endif]First of all, polycarbonate lenses are placed inside your frame and has virtually no contact to your face (unless you bought a pair of rimless frames that sit directly on your cheeks.) Secondly, polycarbonate lenses and plastic frames have been widely used for decades, with no direct correlation to an increase in health problems. Lastly, there is not enough research to indicate how much exposure you are truly getting from skin contact. If you’re in the habit of chewing on your plastic frames or licking your lenses, then obviously, you’d want to stop that, if not for the fact that that’s a weird and unhygienic habit.

k.[endif]So, what should you do?

l.[endif]Most of the eye care industry is not flummoxed by this recent change in consumer warning. But if you are concerned, there are plenty of other optically superior, thinner and more lightweight lenses available at Sunshine Optometry. Instead of plastic frames, choose a titanium or plant based frame instead. At Sunshine Optometry, there are plenty of other options available. And lastly, buy reputable frames and lenses with known quality, whose manufacturer you can directly contact if you have specific questions regarding manufacturing and ingredients.

Proper Cleaning Techniques
