在写代码的时候，你有可能会遇到这样一个蛋疼的问题，同时需要写前端后端代码，但前后端语言缩进不一样，前端代码习惯于用两个空格符进行缩进，而后端代码需要四个空格，怎么破？

使用editorconfig即可轻松解决这一问题，且该插件已经得到了不少主流编辑器的支持，提交代码时只需要将其配置文件同时提交，安装有此插件的小伙伴便不需要各种调整格式了。

可以看到，字符集被指定为了utf-8，而*.py文件缩进为空格，长度为4，lib/**.js文件缩进为空格，长度为2。这样我们便可根据需求，按照特定语言进行代码缩进的控制了
