基于java社会保险管理系统设计与实现

摘要

改革开放的浪潮已近深深的键入人心，随之而带来了我国社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善和建立健全，作为国家基本保障之一的社会保险系统，我们不单单要把握社保金额的进展和状态，还需要对社会保障基金开展全面、科学、可持续的利用，发挥现金的时间效益，应用科学的管理手段，为广大人民提供有效的社会保障体系。在社会信息越来越丰富和复杂的今天，要完成对社会保险基金的实时调控，就需要尽快开展社会保障系统的信息化建设。眼下我国各省、自治区、直辖市的社会保障信息管理系统已经在以往的发展过程中总结出一定的经验和方法，全国各地已经于社会保障管理系统的建设达成共识，社会保障管理系统的建设迫在眉睫。如果实现了社会保险管理系统的信息化建设，就可以更加方便、快捷地对社会保险资金的监督和管理，减少甚至杜绝社保在经办过程中的人为错误因素，提升资金收取、给付和监督管理的标准化、条文化，有效制止弄虚作假骗取社会保障资金的现象，坚决防止和解决社保资金的风险。同时，自“金保工程”在全国实施以来，促进了劳动和社会保障工作处理方法全面完善，可以把社会保险注册、登记、申请、审核、收取、给付、核查、资金账户、社保管理以及劳动力市场相结合，实现劳动就业、择业、创业和社会保险管理品台的共享化、实时化、标准化。而基于SSM模块设计的社会保险的管理品台系统就是针对这一现实状况应运而生的。
