    "Graduation is unemployment" has become a catchphrase of many college students nowadays.

    In fact, the key reason for the employment difficulties of college students in addition to the severe employment situation, many college students do not want to work for survival but rather for waiting the ideal profession is also a major factor in the employment difficulties. The phenomenon is that college students prefer to cluster in cities rather than go to rural areas and western cities to find a job.

    However, for our ideal, of our profession, how do we choice?

    We should all give serious thought to this serious problem.

    The job market keeps on shrinking while the number of graduates is booming. And the advisor suggests having skills, such as transferable skills, language skills, to widen our survival chances in the shrinking jobs market. That’s true. And there are a few more things we should learn.

    First of all, we must accumulate some working experience, even low-paid working experience. Secondly, we need to improve the quality of individuals, including the quality of dealing with people. Finally, take advantage of luck and opportunities to properly advertise ourselves. But remember if we advertise too much, people will think we are specious.
