一. Description

Metadata tags can be either predefined Android tags or custom vendor tags. Vendor tags are defined in HAL to support the additional metadata needed by the Camx and Chi. There are three types of vendor tag information: hwVendorTagInfo, componentVendorTagsInfo, and coreVendorTagInfo. We need to add the vendor tag accordingly.

hwVendorTagInfo: Defined in camxtitan17xcontext.cpp and used by Core, HWL, SWL and etc. Most of these VTs do not belong in the HWL and they are HW independent.
