配置说明

root = true                         # 根目录的配置文件，编辑器会由当前目录向上查找，如果找到 `roor = true` 的文件，则不再查找

优点

1. 广泛性：实用于大部分前端编译器比如 vscode、webstorm、atom、Sublime等
2. 简单性：配置简单
3. 统一性：规范常用的、基本的代码要求

缺点

1. 不能配置trim_trailing_semicolon等
2. 和其他格式化工具比如 eslint 、 prettier 等配置容易冲突
