随着年龄的增加，人们会积累越来越多的经验

随着年龄的增加，人们也削减了信息/经验的多元 

今天讲讲成年人是怎么学习的?

先看看过去的200年来人们对成年人学习的研究结论。

Adults enter their schools with very different feelings from Children... They attend ... from their own desire to learn; they understand the value of the work (study) in which they engage; they keep its end in view... Time to the adult learners is precious... In the instruction of adults, our conduct ... should demonstrate to them that we are their sincere friends.

[ The internet and traditional lecture-based] classroom training is fine for information sharing. But if you have to motivate, change behavior, or revise old habits, experiential training is the way to go.

所以总结一下：

成年人学习相对小孩子，他们更多是自愿的，更清楚学习的价值；

成年人会很关注结果，而且他们可以用来学习的时间很少；

成年人需要在友好、彼此尊重的氛围中学习；

如果需要激励学习意愿，改变行为/ 调整习惯，需要进行体验式训练。
