Android Studio错误：Connect to 127.0.0.1:1080 [/127.0.0.1] failed: Connection refused: connect

build过程报错如下：

            > Could not GET 'https://jcenter.bintray.com/com/github/dcendents/android-maven-gradle-plugin/1.3/android-maven-gradle-plugin-1.3.pom'.
               > Connect to 127.0.0.1:1080 [/127.0.0.1] failed: Connection refused: connect

原因：

项目文件gradle.properties 文件中使用了代理

systemProp.https.proxyPort=1080
systemProp.http.proxyHost=127.0.0.1
systemProp.https.proxyHost=127.0.0.1
systemProp.http.proxyPort=1080

解决：

删除代理配置即可，如果项目文件gradle.properties中无此配置，则找到C:\Users\XX.gradle文件夹中gradle.properties将代理配置删除
