In mid-February, extreme winter weather hit Texas. However, it was not  strange because such things has happened few times. Despite the lessons of history, Texas has never been prepared for such a situation, which we can see from its imperfect electricity infrastructure, and it resulted in disastroud shortage of the supply of natural, fuel, electricity and water. Also, the immediate cause of extreme weather has to do with so-called polar vortex. Actually, due to the climate change, the US can't make supply match demand and has spent a pretty money on it. Since the climate-linked disasters and its fallout will cause huge impact on global warming intensifies and commuities,  what we need to do right now is to figure out more ways to deal with climate change.
