windows10系统安装docker desktop超常见问题

问题报错：

An unexpected error was encountered while executing a WSLcommand. Common causes include access rights issues, which occurafter waking the computer or not being connected to your domain/active directory.  解决方法：

以管理员身份运行命令提示符。

运行 netsh winsock reset，然后再打开docker desktop 即可。 

 进入如下界面即代表启动成功。
