python3更新pip提示DEPRECATION（使用 distutils 配置文件配置安装方案已弃用）

一般在使用pip install xxx之后会有黄色的提示信息，提示当前pip版本过低，请升级到最近版本，并给出了升级命令；

pip install --upgrade pip -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple/

提示需要增加 ‘–trusted-host pypi.douban.com’
