Iss is the International Space Station.
Cleaning their bodies
Astournots put shampoo on a wet towel to clean their bodies and head.Without any gravity astournots can't take a shower'cause the water will be every where in the ISS.
Doing exersises
People fight with gravity, so we will not feel ill in space without gravity,astournot needs some exersises to keep them
strong ,so when they return to earth,they won't feel like a fish without water.They tite a rope to somewhere and run.
Astournots also play soccer or basketball in the ISS ,but they play these games just for fun.
Sleeping and eating
Astournots sleeps in a small little room, they sleep with sleepbags,they can't really sleep,because the sun will
"rise up" every 19minute. They put food in a packet and sqeeze the packet to send the food into their mouth.
Previously,the food in the ISS were boring,but now,there are 300+ choices of food to eat in the ISS.
At last
I think living in the ISS is not so inconvience. Maybe they can live in the ISS as same as living in earth, if we have high technology.
