优化app启动页 解决黑屏时间长的问题

要解决这个问题其实挺简单的只需要一个样式style即可

1、在style.xml中添加下面的style 设置启动图片

2、在配置文件AndroidManifest.xml的启动activity中设置style

3、启动页activity
