查了很久，网上这个问题基本上没有
本地oracle数据库不能复现，生产数据库一直存在
我的业务是将其他表的数据插入到自己的表
查到苞米豆的github主页也没有这种issue

修改字段长度解决

原来我表字段大小为
VARCHAR2(40)

改成了200搞定，这异常也太迷了...
