You are working in a international company. You want to quit your this job. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter, you should say:

Dear Mr. Smith,

I am writing to tell you that I am going to leave the company.

The reason for my resignation is that I have decided to build a start up company in my hometown. It will be an e-commerce platform trading ready-to-assemble furnitures. I have to be fully devoted considering the intensity of workflow to maintain the whole eco-system.

I will start to summarize all of my work here and prepare handover documents. My preferred last day is Feb 14, exactly 30 days from today.

Three years in Papple, inc have enriched my life the way I never imagined. It has not only given me chances to practice technical operation, but also the life long skills, such as communication, strategic thinking, collaboration, etc. I liked all people here and enjoyed the work with each single one of them.

I would like to ask you to confirm my last day as soon as possible. Thanks for being considerate.
