这是我给Iris启蒙第一阶段中很重要的一套，一开始跟风买来给3岁的娃，但是大部分时候是我自娱自乐，但是这本书却把他都笑了，至今都记着。。。

Elephant and Piggie 系列是作者 Mo Willems之得意代表作。故事中小猪Piggie和大象Gerald是最好的朋友，不过他们的个性天差地别：小猪轻松乐观，有时甚至有些漫不经心，大象却很容易紧张和忧虑，有时也会为一些小事而烦恼。透过简单的文字，搭配作者生动可爱的插画，大人和孩子看了都会会心一笑。

Can Gerald make the leap required to accept Piggie's new identity?Piggie pretends to be a ribbiting, jumping frog, and children will catch on quickly and delight in "explaining" to Elephant that his friend is not actually a frog. The story is especially entertaining when Piggie tries to convince Elephant that he can play their banter escalates to a spread of tangled "No, I can't!/Yes, you can!" speech bubbles.

这本书的词和句子都非常简单，很多常用简单句型在家就可以操练起来：

1. What are you doing?

2. I did not know that.

3. I was sure you were a pig.

4. When did you become a frog?

5. You learn something new every day!

6. What if I become a frog?

7. It is pretend.

图片配合着动作，一般都不太用解释就能明白大致意思，所以这本书，真的可以和孩子一起蹦起来，角色扮演起来，一起享受这个亲子时刻把。。。
