一，给记忆减负。

    突然需要登录一个很重要的账号，却怎么也想不起来密码。不小心翻出来自己的旧电脑，竟然被电脑自动登录上去了。如果需要记忆就尽量交给其他不要动脑的地方，实在是是没法代劳的，再动用自己记忆力。。这样记忆力才会充分帮助我们做更多的事情。

二，带着充分的信任。

1.多一点理解，多一点信任。

    说起来容易，做起来却困难重重，有时候还会自己被自己的自动思维所阻止。生怕孩子闷，不会自己做作业，非得把作业收上来，一个一个的检查一次来督促他们。因为不放心，学生可以讲解的很漂亮，所以课堂上总是老师占主导地位，学生只能是被动接收。家长总是会对孩子们的选择评头论足。这些看起来不足一提的小事都体现了，我们并没有带着充分的信任。

    除了对他人的选择不够信任。对自己，我们也经常并没有体现出十足的自信。在做决定的时刻，犹豫不决总是拿不定主意。因为不知道任何一个选择对自己是否有利，也不太完全信任自己的选择，总是觉得自己做的不够好，别人会做得更好，在比较中让自己更加自卑，缺少了已有的自信。另一个有意思的情形就是，一个无法信任自己的人也很难完全信任他人。

  真正的信任源于对人性的相信，相信我们会选择最佳的方式。即使此刻还尚未达到，但是也一定会最终走向积极的方面。

2. 因为不同的体验，我们有着不同的选择。

    每个人认知世界的角度不一样，我们不需要强求他们按照我们的轨道去行走。把他们的世界交给他们自己，我们就赞在可以提供援助的地方，一旦他们需要，我们便立马向前，而不是完全凭借我们的力量，让别人走上我们期待的轨道。
