2018-11-22 StringUtils.isBlank()方法的作用

StringUtils.isBlank()方法可以一次性检测String类型的变量是否为空的情况

a. null （是否为null）

b. ""（是否为空）

c. "       "（是否是空字符串，引号中存在空格的情况）

a/b/c情况下StingUtils.isBlank()都为true。

    int strLen;

    if (cs == null || (strLen = cs.length()) == 0) {

        return true;

    }

    for (int i = 0; i < strLen; i++) {
