python安装依赖报错Retry(total=2, connect=None, read=None, redirect=None, status=None

WARNING: Retrying (Retry(total=2, connect=None, read=None, redirect=None, status=None)) after connection broken by 'ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', OSError(0, 'Error'))': /simple/cython/ERROR: Operation cancelled by user

原因是开启了代理，但power没找到代理的环境变量

执行下面的命令，把端口改为你的代理端口

$Env:http_proxy="http://127.0.0.1:7890";$Env:https_proxy="http://127.0.0.1:7890"

然后执行依赖安装就行了
