npm-install 命令报错 -4048解决方案

当我重新安装电脑系统之后，重新下载前端环境配置。当配置npm时发生错误，主要报错信息如下

首先先看系统环境配置和用户环境配置的参数是否一致

点入系统环境配置中的path，观察路径是否一致，这里有可能是我个人的原因，重新安装node好几次导致这里的路径不一致，更改后发现依旧不可以后。

我以为是命令行权限问题所导致，发现使用管理员依旧不行，之后上网查找原因最终发现；

1. 找到 C:\Users\{账户}\下的.npmrc 文件，删除
2. 在清除npm缓存：npm cache clean --force 
3. 再运行npm install命令即可。
