今天给大家推荐七印部落的一篇公众号推文，里面有三个视频。其中让我感触最深的是最后一个视频中的一段话。

The conditions for creativity include creating an environment that is safe. It means that the leaders, whoever is facilitating, has to also be playing by the same rules that they hoped their group will play by. If they want their group to innovate, the leader has to be an innovator. The leader has to make mistakes. The leader has to try things and screw up. And the leader has to model, being light with judging results as they go on.

产生创意的条件包括营造一个安全的氛围。这意味着无论那个领导者在引导，他都要遵循和他希望他领导的团队相同的规则。如果领导者想让团队创新，首先，他就要成为一个创新者，他必须犯错误，必须尝试新东西，甚至搞砸一些事情，他们必须树立榜样，在评判随之而来的结果时，要看得淡一些。
