❂ Confluence邮件太多怎么办？

1. 禁用新用户登录首次导航

（1）调整原因

系统默认启用新用户登录首次导航功能，初次登录会强制用户必须关注一个空间，此情况可能会导致用户后续收到很多冗余的通知邮件。

（2）调整方法

To disable the welcome message for all users, complete the following steps to disable the Onboarding Filter:  

1. Go to Manage Add-ons.
2. Choose System from the drop-down menu.
3. Search for "onboarding".
4. Expand all modules.
5. Disable the Onboarding Filter.
6. After disabling,new users won't be redirected to the /welcome.action page the first time they log into Confluence,instead,they will be redirected to the Confluence Dashboard.

❂ 如何解决Confluence导出PDF乱码问题？

1. 调整原因

Confluence默认的PDF导出是不支持中文的，需要在Confluence-全局配置-PDF导出语言支持中上传一个中文字体，之后就完美支持导出中文了，一般用simhei.ttf这个字体。

 

2. 调整方法

字体下载地址：

http://www.confluence.cn/download/attachments/360528/simhei.ttf?api=v2

进入Confluence后台上传字体:Confluence administration-->PDF Export Language Support

 

❂ Confluence中Task Report如何只显示当前登录用户的待办？

1. 调整原因

Confluence默认的Task Report无法针对当前登录用户过滤，需要自定义

2. 调整方法

通过将当前用户作为参数传递给宏，创建一个显示当前登录用户的选项

进入Confluence后台，编写自定义宏：Confluence administration--> User Macros

❂ Jira中如何获取Transition次数？

1. 调整原因

例如以下场景：我需要获取Bug Reopen次数

2. 调整方法

安装Jira Misc Custom Fields插件，新建一个Transition Count Field

（1）Create a new custom field, choosing "Transition Count Field" for its type.

（2）During step 2,in the Description field, include the transition ID (recommended) or name as described below.

（3）Re-index your data,as JIRA will kindly suggest you to.
