wifi ping延时大的问题

        客户有一款hud抬头显示设备,连接我方wifi设备后,ping延时很大1秒多,TCP传输抬头显示数据延时卡顿很强烈,拿到HUD设备开始测试3款ublox wifi:

        问题总结:hud设备在g/n制式上由于MCU算力较弱导致延时过大,改为11b正常。

总结1

        hud设备型号:ESP32-C3-MINI-1,属于wifi4,支持802.11b/g/n。只有W263 WPA1延时正常,难道真的与加密方式有关系吗?使用W131 wifi4延时也很大,不是兼容性的问题吗?

对比两个W131配置

        发现两个W131配置有差异,openwrt系统配置简单只使用了默认是11b,而yocto的W131使用11b/g/n,只有wifi制式协议有差异。

注释掉hw_mode=g,ieee80211n=1,ieee80211w=1,其他保持原来不变

        这样连接在11b制式上面,链接速度11Mbps,这样延时使用几十ms最多在100多ms,解决了大延时问题,空口打流UDP 4Mb不丢包,TCP 7Mb。

总结2

        hud设备虽然支持11b/g/n制式,但在g和n制式上面由于MCU算力较弱导致延时较大,数据STA设备自身问题,设置11b制式解决延时大问题。

测速分析流程

测试总结:
1、HUD连接不稳定,WPA1和WPA2都能连接,WPA1一样的吗【一样的无改善】注释软件随机数【一样的无改善】
	#ieee80211w=1注释无改善
2、ping间隔越短越不容易出现大延迟,0.1=500~700ms 
3、正常ping时,出现大延迟后会掉线,掉线后能正几十ms延时
4、掉线频率1分钟一次
5、IMX6 263情况如何?W263一样的,1分钟掉线,又频繁的1s延时;使用WPA1测试【1分钟掉线,最大210ms】。不掉线,WPA1几十,WPA2 300多
6、IMX8 131呢?【确定是W131,是W131,不是hostapd方式】与W263一样的,1分钟掉线,又频繁的1s延时;
