原因：org.jacoco:jacoco-maven-plugin:0.7.7.201606060606包没有导进来
解决：修改版本好为org.jacoco:jacoco-maven-plugin:0.8.0测试成功，成功之后版本号修改回来org.jacoco:jacoco-maven-plugin:0.7.7.201606060606测试ok
