VSCode 解决输出位置、中文乱码、无法运行代码。。。

能看到这里的大多数都已经装好了VSCode，这里记录下自己找的一些解决方案总结。

我们大多数都是通过Code Runner运行代码的，所以我们只要设定Runner的Setting文件就可以了。

1.Debug：调试时的输出设定需要在调试文件"launch.json"中设置.
