(3) DCS system put into operation for the first time
During the initial operation of the DCS system, in order to ensure safety and reliability, it is necessary to verify the grounding system, load configuration, system functionality, and systematicity of the DCS, which can meet relevant requirements. In the control module cabinet, separate the main control module, communication module, and I/O module according to the manufacturer's requirements to ensure that there will be no accidents of burning the control module when the cabinet is powered on, and no equipment accidents will be caused by missending operation instructions to external equipment.


(4) DCS system after major overhaul or upgrade
After major repairs or upgrades, the DCS system should undergo performance and functional tests in accordance with relevant requirements. After maintenance or upgrade, the system should undergo offline operation for 72 hours under normal equipment and functional checks and tests to test its stability. Only after the system's stability meets the requirements can the system be officially put into online operation.
