git clone: SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate 报错解决

首次拉取代码仓库，如果是https方式，可能会报SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate的错误，解决如下：

export GIT_SSL_NO_VERIFY=true
git config --global http.sslVerify "false"

记录一下。
