Hello everyone, It’s me Linda. Good morning everyone! A lot of people may have had a very busy time last night. Because yesterday night is 11th November the sales day for Chinese people. But I wish you guys control yourself and do not overbuying. And also don’t using phone to swipe website of Tapbao all the time. Relax you eyes is also important! TODAY i want to share the tips about I used control my phone time:

I started by not checking it for 15 minutes at a time, then 30, then 60 (unless I was dealing with an urgent situation).

I decided to avoid using the web browser on the smartphone unless I truly needed information (such as an address or phone number).

大家早上好!昨晚很多人可能都很忙。因为昨天晚上是11月11日,是中国人的淘宝双十一。但我希望你们控制自己,不要过度购买。也不要一直用手机刷Tapbao的网站。放松你的眼睛也很重要!今天我想和大家分享一下我如何控制我的手机时间:

我开始每次检查15分钟,然后是30分钟,然后是60分钟(除非我在处理紧急情况)。

我决定避免在智能手机上使用网络浏览器,除非我确实需要信息(比如地址或电话号码)。

The result? Even after a few days of this self-discipline, I found that I was concentrating better, more aware of my surroundings, and more relaxed -- and I was more aware of when I was looking for something specific, as opposed to just looking for some kind of connection.

结果呢?甚至在几天的自律之后,我发现我的注意力更集中了,对周围的环境更敏感了,也更放松了——当我在寻找某种特定的东西时,我的意识更强了,而不仅仅是在依赖于与手机的某种联系了。。
