Two way anova:(two data sets)

应用:对照和敲除基因的两种细胞,不同时间的增殖曲线统计或者不同药物处理下的统计分析。

*   "Grouped" --- "enter 3 replicates values"

*   "Analyze" --- "model"可不选,因为不是同一个细胞重复测量数值,是两个细胞系。

*   “factor” --- "column factor" 可改成cell line, "row factor"可改成different culture

*   "multiple comparisons" ---- "compare each cell mean with the other cell mean in that row"或者“compare cell means regardless of rows and columns”也可以根据图例自行选择。

*   "multiple comparisons test"可以按照推荐的进行选择
  • Two way anova: (three data sets)

    • "Grouped" --- "enter 3 replicates values"
  • "Analyze" --- "model"可不选,因为不是同一个细胞重复测量数值,是两个细胞系。

  • "multiple comparisons" ---- "within each row, compare columns(simple effects within rows)"

  • "multiple comparisons test"可以按照推荐的进行选择

One way anova:

  • "Column" --- option ("enter replicate values,stacked into columns")
  • "multiple comparisons" ----"compare the mean of each column with the mean of every other column"
  • "multiple comparisons test"可以按照推荐的进行选择:"Tukey (recommended)"
