  (一)修行就是知行合一

  Practice is a combination of knowledge and action

  昨晚一段真实的经历让我自省和醒悟:鼎益丰2017迎新年会即将到来,我抽空做了发型。由于我过度地强调头发的卷度,使发型师的注意力集中在头发的卷度而忽略了长度。

  A real experience last night made me introspect and wake up:Ding YiFeng'2017 annual meeting is coming,I took the time to make a hair style.Because I over-stretched on the curls of the hair,the stylist's attention was focused on the curls of the hair and the length of the hair was ignored.

  头发做完之后,卷度令我满意,但不足的是长度不够,太短了一点。想到年会的服装和发型有点不匹配,于是怨、恨、恼、怒、烦油然而生,我拿起电话把发型师批评了一顿。十多分钟之后,我感觉到自己的行为不对,一时的怨气不正是自己执着于自己的形象而产生的吗?执着生怨,怨生气,气生怒,我不由得想到了发型师此刻的感受!我心里非常难过,又拿起电话告诉发型师,有补救的办法,可以接长,以此消除发型师的不快和愧疚。今早起床后,我再次打电话给发型师说声对不起!

  After the hair was finished,the curls of the hair was satisfied to me,but the lack of length was not enough and it was too short.Thinking that the costumes and hairstyles of the annual meeting were a bit unmatched,so resentment,hatred,furious,anger,and annoyance come to me.I picked up the phone and criticized the hair stylist.After more than ten minutes,I felt my behavior was wrong.Isn't the momentary grievance caused by my own attachment to my own image?Persistent grudges,resentful anger,I could not help but think of hair stylist feelings at the moment!I was very sad in my heart.I picked up the phone again and told the hair stylist that there was a remedy and that I could take the lead to eliminate the displeasure and embarrassment of the hair stylist.After getting up this morning,I called the hair stylist again and said I'm sorry!

  修行无处不在,修行二字也不是宗教的专利。所谓修行就是学习和实践,学习和实践的不断结合才是知行合一的境界。

  Practice is everywhere and the Chinese characters of practice are not a patent of the religion.The so-called practice is learning and practice.The constant combination of study and practice is the realm of combining knowledge with practice.

  •向天地学习

  •Learn from the heaven and the earth

  人的欲望从五个方面产生:1、物质财富;2、男女情欲;3、地位名利;4、饮食享受;5、睡眠之欲。

  Human desires arise from five aspects:1.Material wealth;2.Sexual lust of men and women;3.Status and fame;4.Dietary enjoyment;5.Desire to sleep.

  这五种欲望都是人的本能。是的,没错,我们正是带着五欲而落入人间的俗人。俗人有着俗人境界的聪明才智,但是,俗人的聪明才智都是随着以上五种欲望而产生的,都是利己的。凡是利己的,都是不长久的。圣人老子在《道德经》中讲到"天地所以能长且久者,以其不自生,故能长生"。老子明确地告诉我们:天地之所以长久地存在而不消亡,是因为天地无欲,无欲则无私。

  These five desires are human instincts.Yes,alright,we are the vulgar people who fall into the world with five desires.The vulgars have the intelligence and ingenuity of the secular world.However,the vulgar and ingenious people are born with the above five kinds of desires and they are selfish.All those who are selfish are not long-term.Sage Lao Tzu said in The Tao Te Ching that"the world can be long and forever and it can live forever because it is not self-born."Laozi tells us clearly:The reason why the heaven and the earth exist for a long time without dying is that heaven and earth have no desire,and no desire is selfless.

  人的财、色、名、食、睡,正好对应着生、老、病、死、苦。我们完全可以效仿天地,以天地为榜样,除却五欲,天长地久。

  People's wealth,color,name,food,and sleep correspond to birth,aging,illness,death,and suffering.We can imitate the heaven and the earth,follow the example of the heaven and the earth,with five desires aside,forever.
