Tess left home for the second time .she will be a dairymaid at the farm. the farm were much larger and more cows she had ever seen before . she was going to start a new life here,it made her feel much happier .after all ,she is only a young and strong ,beautiful girl,can not remain sad for long ,she wanted to show how grateful for this second chance.
苔丝第二次离开家，她将去一个农场当挤奶工。农场比他之前见过的都要大，也有更多的奶牛。她的新生活即将开始，这让她感觉快乐了些，毕竟她还是一个年轻漂亮的女孩，不能把悲伤记得太久，她很感恩生活给予的第二次机会。
She really wanted to live honestly and work hard .she worked six days a week ,milking and butter-making .she glad to met MR Crick which he is the owner of the farm.mr Crick feel well about tess ‘s work ,she always milk well.they also sing the song together,to encourage the cows go give more milk .
她想要真诚的生活认真的工作，一周工作6天，挤牛奶和黄油制作，她很高兴遇见农场主克莱克先生，克莱克先生也很满意苔丝，她总是把活做的很好。挤奶工们一起唱歌，安抚奶牛产出更多的牛奶。
Mr crick also milking with milkers outside , he had a young man’s moustache and beard ,looked educated and gentlemanly.he was the youngest son of the parson ,but he did not wish to enter the church like his brothers,because the church’s views were too strict and did not allow free thinking .he was a man of fixed ideas and a firm believer. angel crick did not have the advantage of university education ,he decided to learn farming ,he thought farm work could give him what he most valued ,independence and freedow to think about nature and life .he liked living with simple country people no matter they seems lacking intelligence.he realized they were no different ,they all people walking on the dusty road which ends in death.
克莱克先生也会和挤奶工一起干活，他有年轻男人的络腮胡子，看起来有涵养而绅士。他是牧师最小的儿子，但是他不像他的哥哥那样去教堂工作，他觉得教规太严格太束缚。他是固执又坚定的人。他知道自己没有学历的优势，于是他决定学习农业。他认为农场工作能带给他个人最多价值，独立并思考自然和生活。他喜欢与这些简单的乡村农民在一起即便他们看起来缺乏聪明才智。他意识到他和他们没什么不同，都行走在布满灰尘的路上，路的尽头都是死亡。
One day after breakfast , when he reading and listening music ,she heard tess also can understand the tune .it make him amazing ,tess like a fresh and pure daughter of nature .from now on ,he noticed tess and made him look more often to this dairymaid.they have more and more topics to shares and communicated.
一天早饭后，但他看着书听着音乐，无意中发现苔丝也听懂了这个调，这让他很吃惊，苔丝就像从大自然走来鲜活纯洁的女孩。从此后他更注意她了。他们分享交流越来越多的话题。
The sadness made her more interesting to him .tess also could not understand why a man of religious family ,financial independence feel sorry to be alive .so,they all don’t understood each other’s secrets and were both puzzled and waited to find out more .but tess quite depressed when she realized the distance between her own knowledge and his .but tess had never been so happy as she with mr crick .
苔丝表露出的伤感引起了克莱克的兴趣，苔丝也不明白为什么来自宗教家庭，财务自由的克莱克会对活着这么不乐观。他们困惑也期待寻找对方更多的秘密。苔丝很失落当她意识到和克莱克之间的差距，但是他从来没这么开心快乐过。
