1.报错信息：

error: RPC failed; curl 28 OpenSSL SSL_read: Connection was reset, errno 10054

解决方案：
执行命令前先执行以下命令

git config --global http.sslVerify "false"

2.报错信息：

fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/PanJiaChen/vue-element-admin.git/': Failed to connect to github.com port 443 after 21097 ms: Timed out

解决方案：
执行命令前先执行以下命令

git config --global --unset http.proxy
git config --global --unset https.proxy
