      Yesterday we learned the boundary control system. Then, how to form the boundary control system, which involves the fourth control system, Belief Control System. The core issue of the belief system is to keep the organization asking what kind of organization it is going to be. There is a popular book called Built to Last. The core idea of that book is that great businesses are visionary firms. In the course of business, we must stop for a while and think about what kind of business we want to be. In short, the four control systems we learned in these days have clear logic. With the belief control system, there is a sense of boundary control, and the logic of interactive control is relatively clear, the target control system is more likely to play a role.             

      昨天我們學習了邊界控制體系。那麽,如何形成邊界控制體系就涉及到第四個控制體系,信仰控制體系。信仰體系要解決的核心問題,就是讓組織不斷詢問自己究竟要成爲什麽樣的組織。有一本流行書,叫做《基業長青》,那本書的核心觀念是:偉大的企業都是有願景的企業,英文叫visionary firm。在企業經營過程中,我們要時不時停下來想想,我們要成爲一個什麽樣的企業。總之,這幾天講的四個控制體系有清晰的内在邏輯。有了信仰控制體系,就有了邊界控制的意識,交互控制的邏輯也就清晰了,指標控制體系更容易發揮作用。
