小达克斯特: 老妈，我想领养一只猫

Tiny Duckiest: Mom, I want to adopt a cat.

妈妈: 猫？宝贝，为什么你想养只猫？

Mom: Cat?  honey, why do you want to raise a cat?

小达克斯特: 因为它们很可爱呀, 它们会不停的翻滚，还会发出咕噜声。而且我喜欢猫追逐老鼠的样子，超有趣。

Tiny Duckiest: Because, they are so cute as you know, they will  stir and purr all day. and I like them running at rats that is so funny.

妈妈：宝贝儿，你要知道，养宠物不能只是有趣，你需要很有耐心的照顾它们，这是项辛苦的工作。

mom: Honey, you know, Raising pets that's not just fun, in the meantime that will be hard work. you should take care of them with quite patience

小达克斯特：我想我能做到，而且我可以寻求哥哥的帮助。

Tiny Duckiest: Well, I think I can do it. and I would ask my brother helping me.

妈妈: 嗯，这很好。不过你需要自己和爸爸说这儿事儿。如果他同意我也同意。

Mom: En, that's  very well. but you need talk to your father by yourself. I would agree if he says yes.

小达克斯特: 好吧，老爸一回家我就和他认真地谈谈.

Tiny Duckiest: OK, I will talk to my father seriously when he comes home.

妈妈：（笑...）

mom: （smiling...）
