七七小朋友:
七七是一岁多一点的小女孩,眼睛大大的,扑闪扑闪的。刚刚会叫爸爸妈妈,还在牙牙学语中。
昨天一起吃饭,她的爸爸妈妈也带她去了。小朋友一直喊着 肉肉肉肉。一看到桌上有肉肉就着急的不行。给吃菜压根不愿意吃。吃到肉肉就开心的不行。看到饮料也开心的不行。
真的很难去猜测小朋友是如何区分肉菜饮料和茶的。为了不让她吃太多,她的妈妈带她出去逛游。但只要一回来,看到桌上有肉,就开始哭喊,直到达成目的为止。妈妈护着孩子,爸爸宠着孩子。一个不让吃一个可怜孩子给吃。
而七七呢,只要看到肉肉到眼前了,着急的不行。眼巴巴的看着肉,一直盯着,直到肉肉到嘴里才开心的吃起来,嘟着小嘴,嚼的很香。
而不吃东西的时候,会吃手指,因为在长牙牙,觉得痒痒,会用手指去按压。
所以你看,虽然她还不知道那么多的语言,却用仅有的几句话和表情动作准确的表达自己的想法和想要达成目的愿望。
也怪不得说,有小孩的时候就开始了斗智斗勇。

Our Current Way of Life Is Not Emotionally Healthy

Sadhguru: It is said that one in five Americans is suffering from some form of mental illness. One of the major factors behind this is that people’s emotions are not finding full expression in their present way of life. Anything emotional is looked upon as a weakness and is suppressed. I would say at least ninety percent of people in the world never find full expression for their emotions. They are afraid of their love, their grief, their joys – everything. To laugh loudly or cry loudly is a problem for them. Even with their dearest ones, people cannot fully pour out their emotions without being looked at as strange. This so-called modern culture is restrictive, I would say, which causes you to behave in a certain way. Generally, as societies become more and more affluent, they suppress their emotions more and more.

Emotions are the juice of your life. If there are no emotions in you, you will be like a dry stick. Every emotion you experience happens because of certain glandular secretions within you. If the secretions do not happen the way they should, then your emotions will go crazy. This is why emotion is referred to as rasa in Sanskrit, which literally means juice.
情绪是你生命的汁液。如果你没有任何情绪,你就会像一根干柴。你所体验的每一种情绪的发生都来自于你体内的某种腺体分泌物。如果这些分泌物未能正常产生,那么你的情绪就会变得疯狂。这就是为什么情绪在梵文中被称为rasa,字面意思是汁液。
The nava rasas are nine kinds of emotions or juices that you produce within yourself. One aspect of Indian classical dance is to express and master the nava rasas, or the nine emotional states of a human being. The dancer must be able to bring it out, changing it from moment to moment. This moment they are angry, next moment they are loving, next moment compassionate, next moment joyful, next moment miserable. If you can do all this within a span of one or two minutes, genuinely, absolutely involved in it, then you have total mastery over how you want to be within yourself. You have the ability to consciously create whichever emotion you want. Now your inner ambience is set the way you want it.

Sadhguru: When Adiyogi began expounding the various dimensions of Yoga to Parvati, she took on various forms. As Devi took on various forms, from the subtle to the intense, as she went into many phases of her consciousness, everything around her changed. The seasons and the atmosphere changed, because she is Shakti – the basic energy behind existence. Then Adiyogi brought her to a state where she realized that all this is just a play of energy. She is none of these things. She is beyond all these forms that she can take on. To harness that energy and make it happen the way it should happen is the science of Yoga.

人们只关心他们自己的事情。所以,想要赚钱的前提是能够帮助人们解决他们自己的事情的时候,也就是那个适合的事业了。
所以,我们终究会接触到各种类型的人,为人民服务。
想到说这个,是因为昨天去办理证件的时候,走的时候身份证落地上了。然后去超市。
路上的时候接到电话,说我拿错身份证了,过去换下。
当时我就在想,没有啊,我记得我我拿的是我的身份证呀。所以,不急不忙的,先买完了东西,打算过去看看。
出超市的时候特意看了一下,结果发现,矣,我的身份证呢?怎么不在了。
于是着急忙慌的赶紧过去,因为担心自己身份证是不是丢了。
到了的时候,发现说,哦,原来确实是我的身份证掉在那里了,被人捡到了。也不知怎么转述的说成是我拿错身份证了。好在,没丢。
然后反省自己。当听到说我拿错拿别人身份证的时候,一点都不慌。也没有急速说快赶过去,反倒当知道自己的身份证丢的时候,着急忙慌,想着说没有身份证,做啥都不方便。恨不得立刻飞过去确认。
所以呀,我们还是关注自己的事情大于别人的。对自己的事情还是尤为的上心。
