discuss environmental problems solving method

Some people think that environmental problems should be solved on a global scale while others believeit is better to deal with them nationally.

Discuss both sides and give your opinion.

To commence with, I think this question is quite controversial and it definitely worth discussing. In fact,there is no something called correct answer in this question. There are onlyopinions around this question and we should discuss both sides properly.

I would like to express mystance at the very beginning. It would be much better if environmental problemscould be solved nationally because each country and region has its ownsituation and it could be investigated properly with their own professionalteam. However, undoubtedly it is necessary for United Nations or some otherglobal organizations which deal with environmental problems to regulate somerules which should be admitted globally. I would explain reasons of my opinionsin the following content.

Firstly, the reason why environmental problems should be solved nationally is that the environmental problems in each country are different, which means that the methods of solving problems would be different. For example, there are several factors which would affect the environment, including weather, moisture, earth, temperature and soon. Definitely we have to consider those factors while investigating themethods of solving environmental problems. Also, there will be a lot of differences between two different countries or regions. As the result, the research team which is organized locally could have a deep understanding aboutthe local environment, and this would have a positive effect on solving environmental problems. While a global team which needs to deal with differentsituations in different countries or regions, the global team has to undertake much more work load and its cost is much more expensive.

Secondly, the globalc onnections between countries are important while dealing with environmental problems. It would improve the efficiency of research in this area. Moreover,in order to regulate the process of solving environmental problems, severalrules which are admitted by general publics should be obey. To achieve this,the representatives of each government should discuss comprehensive regulationsabout environmental problem solving processes to regulate research teams andconfirm that the environment is being improved. The reason of setting thoserules is that the environmental problems are a serious crisis and are relatedto everyone.

Lastly, I would like to makea comparison between these two perspectives and further explain my opinion. Thebenefit of dealing the problem nationally is that the team could easily havedetailed communications with public and it would be simple for them to get the information they needed. While for the global team, the process would be more complex andthe efficiency will be declined and it expense would be more. However, global team have an advantage which is that their experience will help a lot while solving similar environmental problems. My perspective is that governmentsshould form their own local research team to solve the problems, while having aglobal system which could sharing information about environmental problems andit might inspire researchers to figure out solutions about problems.

There are several ways to solvethe problem. Not just focus on one particular method, but also combine theadvantage of each method. It would improve the efficiency of improve theenvironment.
