更新Xamarin 到最新版，Android，IOS项目均无法正常编译、运行。

运行IOS项目报错：
/Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/External/xbuild/Xamarin/iOS/Xamarin.iOS.Common.targets: Error: Error executing task Codesign: Required property 'SigningKey' not set. (layout.iOS)

解决办法(创建一个开发者证书或等待更新)：

With Xcode 8 there are changes that require a valid cert for even putting it on the simulator. The easiest way is to create a developer cert with a * wildcard so you will be good to go.
There is another PR for an upcoming release that will do a fake sign for simulator builds: https://github.com/xamarin/xamarin-macios/pull/833

运行Android项目报错闪退：

解决办法：(可能是模拟器出现问题)
真机环境运行正常，模拟器闪退。
